Denied Party Screening
Conducting compliance checks on demand.
Scope offers direct access to databases providing lists of sanctioned parties. Checks conducted in this way ensures compliance with international rules and regulations, avoiding risks and providing professionalism and reliability. Thus adding value to customer services.
RA/KC Screening
Fast and reliable mandatory checking with Scope.
Scope keeps users in compliance with international law by automatically checking the obligatory EU lists for Regulated Agents and Known Consignors (RA/KC). This is done without annoying and time-consuming visits to external websites. No extra searching of names or KC numbers is necessary because Scope will know if a particular business partner still has a valid number.
Dangerous Goods
Identification and elimination of risks.
Scope enables the direct entry of dangerous goods information within shipments. The immediate access to built in official lists of dangerous goods data such as UN numbers, IMGD (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) codes and additional class avoids the disruption of workflow caused by unnecessary change of systems.
Article maintenance
Deposition, description and administration of article information.
Article maintenance allows storage and administration of important information for German ATLAS, Dutch and Swiss customs procedures such as country of origin, detailed product identification, labels, weight and price specifications, product group and charge identification. The restricted access to the change history allows precise traceability of which user executed what changes and when.
Automated Validation
Secure data entry due to warnings and error messages.
Scope users are automatically alerted to possible input errors by automatic plausibility checks. Scope uses two different control levels. Warnings are displayed when data is not essential. Error displays prevent the registration of incorrect data. Incorrect entries can be corrected immediately.
Paperless exchange of data and information.
The e-mail function is integrated into Scope's electronic file. Thus users get the opportunity to provide business partners with the necessary documents and information directly from the business process. This saves time, money and not least paper.
Documents and document archive
Electronic creation, editing and archiving.
Documents are created electronically in Scope and stored as PDFs in an electronic file. They can be exchanged electronically with business partners and printed out if required. If you create a document more than once, older versions are retained so that changes can be tracked. In addition, you can also store externally generated documents in any format in the electronic file.
International and Local
Adjustment to languages and local conventions.
Scope supports holistic internationalization and localization. All applications are displayed in defined national languages, taking into account local peculiarities such as date, time, currencies and number formats.
